The HTMA-SC is holding a one-day conference in Columbia, SC on May 3, 2023, at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center. We will offer educational classes for technicians and managers and ample opportunity to socialize with other HTM Professionals from South Carolina and beyond. An exhibit hall will feature our corporate sponsors and exhibitors. We expect over 120 attendees and 30 exhibitors. The cost for HTMA-SC attendees will be free due to your generous and continued support.
Setup will be at 7:00 AM Wednesday morning, with the exhibit hall open at 8:00 AM. Exhibits will be finished by 4 PM. Please see links below for shipping and unloading-loading equipment instructions.

Additional set-up time is Thursday May 2th 3pm-5PM.
A table and 2 chairs are provided. Booths that need electricity must notify us at the time of registration. Be sure to specify if you require electricity.
Stay tuned for information about our 1st annual happy hour Tuesday May 2nd sponsored by Innovatus Imaging and the HTMA-SC Board.
Attendees will be provided a bingo card and must visit all vendor booths to be eligible for raffle prizes. Prizes will be raffled off in the Exhibitor Hall at the Vendor’s table who provided the prize. Please reach out to Shawn if you are interested in donating door prizes, sponsoring an educational session, and/or contributing to lunch/snacks. Contributions are always welcome and will be recognized at the symposium. (Must be fully registered by April 17 to be included on bingo card)
