Letter to SC Members from Max Jr.

The reasons I want to I want to attend the Philips Exeter summer is due to my older brother attending before me. I saw how the program had changed him, and how it improved on his skills as a leader. He has talked a lot of positive information about the program and now it shows that it can help. Now he is very successful and doesn't show any sign of stopping. He was a big inspiration for me to apply for this program for to him having a big boost that he got from the program. A

so I want to take away some very important information that I can apply here in my home town. I want to learn how to be a better leader, and to be able to improve in my social skills such as public speaking. I also look to take away knowledge that can help improve my town like how I can contribute more to my town, and to help students who attend my school. I am part of the National Honors Society at my school and one part that is hard for me is helping my fellow classmates.

So I hope that the program can help me improve in helping others and being able to work with my peers. I would like to also explore new places and to get others opinions on current events going on in the world. Also to learn from the other students that are going to be attending the program; like about their cultures and how they handle common struggles that I go through in school ,and how I can cope with the problems.

The number one reason that I applied for the program is to help give me a boost that can help me become a contender for future jobs that I will apply for. The field I plan to make a living in is the medical field. I plan to work as a Biomedical technician because my father is one and he had inspired me to help doctors by taking care of medical equipment found in a hospital.

In summary, I wish to attend the program to learn from others and to bring back some of that knowledge back to my home town and to inspire others to attend. Also, to improve not only in my education, but also in my personal life. I think that the program will give me a huge boost and will make me improve on my skills assessment to acquire my career as a Biomedical technician. Thank for your time
