  Note: This registration is for Exhibitors only.  Please register only once. Your booth is not reserved until your fees are paid.

  
  The HTMA-SC is holding a two-day conference in Charleston, SC on May 9-10th, 2024, at the Marriott in Charleston, SC. We will offer educational classes for technicians and managers and ample opportunity to socialize with other HTM Professionals from South Carolina and beyond.  An exhibit hall will feature our corporate sponsors and exhibitors.
  
  
  The cost for HTMA-SC attendees will be free due to your generous and continued support.
                
  

  Setup will be at 2:00 PM Thursday, with the exhibit hall open at 4:30 PM for the welcome reception/exhibit hall grand opening.  

  On Friday, we will have a full day of training and networking in the exhibit hall. Exhibitors hall will be open to attendees at 8:00am. Exhibits will be finished by 4 PM. Please see links below for shipping and unloading-loading equipment instructions.

  
  

  Shipping Instructions / Load In-Load Out

  A table and 2 chairs are provided.  Booths that need electricity must notify us at the time of registration and complete the event order form provided by Charleston Marriott.

  Attendees will be provided a bingo card and must visit all vendor booths to be eligible for raffle prizes. Prizes will be raffled off in the Exhibitor Hall at the Vendor’s table who provided the prize. Please notify us at registration or reach out to Kaylee if you are interested in donating door prizes, sponsoring an educational session, and/or contributing to lunch/snacks. Contributions are always welcome and will be recognized at the symposium. (Must be fully registered by April 17 to be included on bingo card)

  Reminder! Scholarships are available to cover the costs of achieving your CBET certification. They are only available to those who attend the conference. They are available on a first-come, first-serve basis for any attendees of the annual conference who successfully take the test and achieve their CBET certification before the next annual conference.
