Note: This registration is for Exhibitors only. Please register only once. Your booth is not reserved until your fees are paid.

The HTMA-SC is holding a one-day conference in Columbia, SC on May 3, 2019. We will offer educational classes for technicians and managers, a lunchtime keynote speaker from AAMI and ample opportunity to socialize with other biomeds from South Carolina and beyond. An exhibit hall will feature our corporate sponsors and others companies.

We expect over 90 attendees and 30 exhibitors. Registration includes breakfast, lunch, and snacks.

The cost for attendees will be free, in consideration of the cost pressures that healthcare is under.

Save the date and plan to attend.

(Note: Columbia is centrally located in South Carolina, about 2 hours from any part of the state. It will be easy for people to attend from North Carolina, Georgia and Tennessee.)

Setup will be at 7:00 AM Friday morning, with the exhibit hall open at 8:00 AM. Exhibits will be finished by 1 PM, so you can tear down and get home in time for a nice weekend.

A table and 2 chairs are provided. Most booths have electricity, but not all. Be sure to specify if you require electricity.

Your registration includes breakfast and lunch with the attendees.

Donations of door prizes are always welcome.
